How will my artwork be shipped?

Your artwork will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube to ensure its safe delivery.

What shipping carrier do you use?

I use UPS for all of my shipments.

How long does shipping take?

Artwork is typically delivered within 1 week, depending on the location of the recipient.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can track your shipment through the UPS tracking system.

What is your return policy?

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork purchase, I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact me to receive instructions for returning the artwork. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once I receive the artwork and verify its condition, I will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping costs. Please note that I do not accept returns of custom or personalized artwork.

Damaged Artwork:

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will provide you with instructions for returning the artwork. I will issue a refund or exchange once I receive the damaged artwork and verify its condition.

Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees for returned artwork.

Shipping Costs:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as I am not responsible for artwork that is lost or damaged during return shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

How do you package the artwork for shipping?

My watercolor paintings are packed in sturdy cardboard tubes, while my oil paintings are shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

I understand that receiving a damaged artwork can be disappointing, and I want to assure you that your satisfaction is my top priority. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund as per my return policy. I encourage you to review the return policy prior to making a purchase, and to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
